The hotel is extremely close to the city center of Merida, making it a convenient choice for exploring popular tourist destinations and attractions. The staff at this hotel are friendly and provide exceptional service, going above and beyond to ensure guests have a comfortable stay. They are attentive to detail and are always available to assist with any needs or questions. The rooms are comfortable, with a ceiling fan to keep guests cool during their stay. The beds and pillows are comfortable, guaranteeing a good night's sleep, and the hot water showers are a welcome relief after a long day of sightseeing. Another great perk is that breakfast is included in the stay, allowing guests to start their day off right with a delicious meal.
All aspects of the hotel were satisfactory, nothing to improve.

We had a delightful stay at Casa Carmita. The Mexican-style rooms were charming and offered great value for money. The breakfast area outside was a lovely spot to start our mornings, and the food was always delicious. The staff was incredibly friendly and kept our room clean every day. Despite a few minor issues like the occasional lack of hot water and a slight musty smell in the room, overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our time at Casa Carmita. We would definitely recommend this hotel for its comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and good location. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

Located in a residential neighborhood, this charming hotel is in a prime location with easy access to restaurants, bars and the city center. With a great breakfast, the rooms are very clean and comfortable, and some even have their own private mini spa for an added touch of relaxation. the owners and staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful with giving recommendations for the surrounding areas and local transportation.
One of the rooms lacked windows and was quite humid due to the moisture, however it did not prove to be too much of an inconvenience.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel tucked away in a quiet street. The location is perfect - just a short walk to the restaurants, bars, and historical center. The hotel facilities are great, including a spa and a pool. The cleanliness of the rooms is exceptional, they are cleaned frequently, and towels and bedding are pretty and colorful. The breakfast was delicious, starting with refreshing juice, a plate of fruit, and then choosing from a variety of sweet or savory dishes. The staff was friendly, and we received superb recommendations for day trips and local transportation.
Nothing, no complaints at all.

The breakfast was good and we appreciated the free Wi-Fi. the hotel's location was great, it was easy to explore the city center from there.
The room was a bit smelly and the safe was not secured properly, which made us feel uncomfortable leaving our valuables in it. we didn't feel like the hotel provided the best value for the money we paid.
